Another great salad from my GWTW Cookbook!
Ingredients:
iceburg lettuce
endive
chicory
watercress
spinach leaves
dandelion greens
radishes
cucumbers
french dressing
garlic
Directions:
1. Cut greens into 1 1/2 inch pieces into bowl.
2. Cut the radishes into thin slices
3. Cut cucumbers into thin slices or cubes
4. Rub chilled bowl with garlic if desired
5. Toss all ingredients lightly in bowl
6. Add French dressing (or other salad dressing)
7. Toss lightly and serve.
