Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups spinach, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 onion, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, mix lightly. Pour into greased casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 300 for about 1 hour or until set.
