Bakes at 350 for 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
5 c. cooked rice or 1 pkg. quick cooking rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 stick butter or oleo
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
2 tbsps. worcestershire
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsps. minced parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Have rice ready.
2. Cook broccoli, drain and put aside.
3. Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter.
4. Mix everything.
5. Bake in greased caserole at 350 for 35 minutes.
6. Serves 10.
