Ingredients:
1 lemon
12 large garlic-stuffed green olives
1 tablespoon drained capers
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Grate rind and squeeze juice from lemon to equal 1 tablespoon and 2 1/2 tablespoons, respectively. Process lemon rind, juice, olives, and remaining ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
