My take on the popular Green Monster smoothie. Delicious, healthy, and low in calories! I love drinking this after a long jog.
Ingredients:
4 ice cubes
1 banana
3 cups raw baby spinach
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup sugar-free vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the order listed above into a blender, and blend until smooth.
