A tasty sauce with punchy spring flavours. Ideal with salmon.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons tarragon, chopped
4 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
4 teaspoons dijon mustard
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Put all the other ingredients in a small food processor and whizz until smooth (if it's too thick, add a splash of water).
