From a German recipe group. I have no idea why the name but it is sure tasty and green!
Ingredients:
1 container creme fraiche ( 7 1/2 0z )
a little olive oil for blending
1 bunch fresh basil
3 garlic cloves
300 g creamy style feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Puree the basil with some olive oil, add the feta cheese and stir in the creme fraiche for a smooth mixture.
2. Stir in the minced garlic with salt and pepper to taste
3. Use this as a dip or spread for anything, bread, crackers, vegetables
4. etc.
