Green Goddess Dressing

This dressing can also be served with vegetables as a dip, or over grilled shrimp or fish.
Ingredients:
1/2 c packed parsley leaves
1 to 2 anchovy fillets
1 scallion, coursely chopped
1/2 small garlic clove
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c plain yogurt
1 t white-wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a food processor, pulse parsley, anchovies, scallion, and garlic until scallion and parsley are finely chopped.
2. Add mayonnaise, yogurt and vinegar.
3. Pulse until combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
