A low fat/no fat salad dressing
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chopped parsley, fresh
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
3 teaspoons low fat cottage cheese
1 cup skim milk buttermilk
2 teaspoons apple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
1/2 cucumber, peeled seeded and chopped
1/2 lime, juice of
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Into a food processor it goes-whirl until smooth.
