I found this in a smoothie book I have, with all that green this has got to be good for you!!
Ingredients:
2 kiwi fruits, peeled
25 green grapes, frozen
1 green apple, sliced
4 -5 ice cubes
orange juice or apple juice, to smooth it out
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
