Veggie Smoothie. From Dr. Mehmet Oz but changed up a little.
Ingredients:
1 apple, cored
1/2 cup cucumber
1 1/2 cups spinach
1/2 cup parsley
1 stalk celery
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1/4 cup sparkling water
Directions:
1. Chop everything up into uniform pieces and process in blender until smooth.
