Ingredients:
2 banana
1 1/2 cup raw kale
20 strawberries
1 peach
2 3/4 tablespoons soy protein
1/4 cup flax seed
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. ground up the flax seed and then mix everything in a blender
