Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas

Easy and Delicious.
Ingredients:
green salsa
6 tomatillos-skinned and rinsed
1 or more jalapenos-stem removed
1/4 onion
2 clove garlic
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tbsp lime
''or use a can of green chili sauce. (homemade is better)
enchiladas
2 cups cooked chicken-shredded or diced
2 cups cheese-shredded
6-8 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Boil tomatillos and jalapenos until they change color.
2. Put in blender tomatillos, jalapenos, onion, garlic, salt, cilantro and lime.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Mix 1/3 sauce with cooked chicken and 1/4 cup of cheese.
5. Warm tortillas.
6. In 9x13 dish sprayed with cooking spray, put a little sauce in bottom.
7. Fill tortilla with chicken mixture, roll and put in pan.
8. Continue with remaining tortillas.
9. Cover with remaining sauce followed by remaining cheese.
10. Bake 350 20-25 minutes.
11. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
