This is good with Pasta, noodles, salads, so on. It is a little spicy but not to much.
Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread, halved
mayonnaise
1 small can green chilies, chopped
8-ounces monterrey jack cheese, shredded
chili powdr
garlic salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350F.
2. Spread each layer of french bread with a thin layer of mayo.
3. Divide the green chilies evenly between each half.
4. Sprinkle cheese evenly on each half of bread.
5. Sprinkle chili powder and garlic salt over cheese on each half.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
