Green Bell Pepper Rings

Quick and easy side dish.
Ingredients:
2 lbs green peppers, cut into 1/4-inch rings (about 6 medium)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
1. Remove ribs from pepper rings.
2. Heat oil in large skillet.
3. Add garlic, black pepper and pepper rings; cook, over high heat and stirring frequently, until tender-crisp-about 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
5. Serve at once.
