Green Beans With Thai-Style Sesame Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 lb green beans, preferably small, cut into 1-inch lengths
2 tablespoons natural smooth cashew butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons organic gluten-free tamari
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Steam the green beans over boiling water until just tender.
2. In a medium bowl, blend together the cashew butter, sesame oil, vinegar, honey, tamari, and ginger.
3. Add the beans and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
