Ingredients:
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup whole walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
Directions:
1. Cook green beans in salted water until crisp-tender, about 4-6 minutes.
2. Toss with oil, juice, salt, pepper, cranberries and nuts.
3. Top with goat cheese and serve.
