Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
cooking spray
3 cups (2-inch) diagonally cut green beans (about 3/4 pound)
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add green beans; sauté 10 minutes or until tender and browned in spots.
2. Stir in cilantro, minced pepper, and salt.
