Green Beans With Basil and Mint

One of the girls at work left a magazine in the kitchen the other day and I found this recipe. I really don't remember the name of the magazine....perhaps Better Homes and Gardens? Oh well...
Ingredients:
6 cups water
2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed if desired
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded
1/3 cup fresh mint, shredded
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In 4-quart Dutch oven, bring water to boiling. Add green beans and return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 7 to 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender, adding garlic the last minute of cooking. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine basil, mint, sweet pepper, olive oil and salt. Add drained green beans and garlic. Toss gently to combine.
