Green Beans Vinaigrette

This is a different way to cook green beans that has a great taste!
Ingredients:
2 lbs. fresh green beans
2 tblesp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix the lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in a measuring cup or bowl.
2. Add the oil and blend thoroughly. Set aside.
3. Remove ends from beans.
4. Either steam or cook in boiling water for 5 minutes or desired tenderness.
5. Drain, if boiled.
6. Place in serving dish.
7. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
