Green Beans & Potatoes Dijon

This recipe was copied out of a magazine and it looks like it would really be tasty. With all the veggies coming in our gardens
Ingredients:
12 ounces red potatoes
12 ounces green beans
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
Directions:
1. Quarter potatoes and boil with skins for 4 minutes. Halve fresh green beans and boil 4 minutes. Drain. Mince garlic and mix with rest of ingredients and add to potatoes and green beans. Serve warm.
