Wok Green Beans
Ingredients:
10 oz green beans
1 tbsp peppercorn
1 tbsp ginger
1 garlic clove
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp ground pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok.
2. Add green beans and heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
3. Add minced ginger and minced garlic. Keep stirring for 3 additional minutes
4. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, pepper and sugar. Stir for one more minute.
5. Enjoy.
