Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans
2 tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Place beans in a large pot, covering with water. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Drain.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic, sauteeing until garlic turns golden.
3. Add tomatoes and beans and cook 2-3 minutes, tossing to coat beans with other ingredients. Transfer to serving bowl, tossing with vinegar and seasoning with salt and pepper to tase.
4. Enjoy.
