Greek Yogurt Breakfast Quiche

When I made this recipe I didn't use turkey bacon as I'm not a big fan of it. I used Mrs. Dash italian seasoning in place of McCormick. I also used just regular table salt. I didn't have a big enough pan with a big enough lid so I just baked this on 350 for 30 minutes. This came from Voskos Greek Yogurt.
Ingredients:
8 slices lean turkey bacon
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon mccormick italian seasoning
1/4 cup nonfat voskos greek yogurt
1/3 cup thinly sliced yellow onion
3 small russet potatoes
1/2 teaspoon ground sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Prick and microwave potatoes for 5 minutes or until done.
2. Cook bacon in large pan until crispy. Once removed blot bacon with paper towels to remove excess grease.
3. Grill onions in bacon grease until browned. Peel potatoes, slice, and add to pan with onions.
4. Cut turkey bacon into thin slices and add to pan.
5. Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over turkey, potatoes, and onions. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Let set for up to 10 minutes.
