Greek Style Sub Sandwich

Ham and turkey served on sandwich rolls. Topped with a Feta cheese and vegetable mixture.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
6 slices baked ham
6 slices honey roasted smoked turkey
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
2 roma or 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (2 1/2 ounce) submarine sandwich rolls
2 lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. 1. Add fresh mushrooms, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, tomatoes, and minced garlic to medium bowl.
2. 2. Slice sub sandwich rolls horizontally.
3. 3. Place lettuce on sandwich bottom. Layer ham and turkey over lettuce.
4. 4. Top turkey bottoms with vegetable mixture using slotted spoons.
5. 5. Cover with sandwich roll tops.
