Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) package trimmed fresh green beans
1/4 cup (1/8-inch) sliced shallots (about 2)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Microwave green beans according to package directions. Plunge beans into ice water; drain. Place in a large bowl. Add shallots and remaining ingredients; toss well.
