Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
thyme and sesame seeds (to garnish)
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except garnish with a fork.
2. When thoroughly mixed, place on a serving platter and reshape into a mound or rectangle.
3. Top with thyme and sesame seed.
