Greek Stuffed Portobellos

Yummy stuffed mushroom that can be done in the oven or on the grill. Love the feta, spinach and beef!
Ingredients:
1/3 pound ground beef, extra lean
2 ounces feta cheese, preferably with black pepper
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 portobello mushrooms, stems removed
Directions:
1. Mix together all but the mushrooms. Mound half of the mixture onto each mushroom cap.
2. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or throw them on the grill.
3. NOTE: You can triple the stuffing ingredients and turn the mixture into burgers or meatballs! Wonderful with tzatziki!
