Ingredients:
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
10 ounces spinach, frozen chopped thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped
2 teaspoons lemon peel, fated
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mash cheese in a bowl. Stir in yogurt, spinach, green onions, dill, lemon peel and salt.
2. Mix well.
3. Serve at room temperature.
4. Can be refrigerated for 2 days.
