Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in small skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes to infuse the garlic flavor in the oil.
  3. Remove from heat; cool.
  4. Combine the garlic mixture and all other ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Marinate fish or shrimp in a zip lock bag for 3-4 hours.
