Fresh Greek salad, 1 generous serving
Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 lb. tomatoes, sliced in eighths
4 green onions
8 oz. feta cheese
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
6 t olive oil
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1 cucumber, seeded peeled and sliced
Directions:
1. Place all items except oil and juice in bowl. Salt and pepper and mix
2. Mix oil and lemon juice. Pour over salad and serve right away
