Greek Salad Dressing

Much better than anything you can buy and pretty simple to make. I double or triple it and store the extra in a cool dark cupboard.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon oregano
Directions:
1. Combine all but oils and oregano in a blender on low. Continuing on low, SLOWLY pour in oils in a steady stream. Transfer to glass storage container and mix in oregano. Put on lid or plastic wrap. Shake before serving.
