A wonderful chopped salad.
Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, lettuce- rinsed dried and chopped
1 small red onion, diced
1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 lemon, juice of
ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Add the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.
2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and over salad, toss well to coat all vegetables.
