A fresh salad packed with lots of flavor. A favorite for picnics.
Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 red onion,thinly sliced
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper,chopped
2 large tomatoes
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
for dressing
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. lemon juice
pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together oil, oregano,lemon juice and black pepper.
3. Pour over sald.
4. Toss and enjoy!
