I serve this with Pasticchio,spinach pie,and roast leg of lamb
Ingredients:
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 egg-i use davidson's eggs(pasteurized)
1/2 of one 2oz can anchovy fillets, drained.
1 small stalk celery
1/4 small onion
1 medium carrot
3 radishes
1 teaspoon drained capers
1clove garlic,crushed
1-1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
salad greens
feta cheese
cauliflower
tomato wedges
greek or ripe olives
remaining anchovie fillets
Directions:
1. In blender container combine 1st 15 ingredients. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
2. Serve over salad greens,feta,cauliflowerets,tomato wedges, olives and anchovies.
