Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
1 cucumber, peeled
8 ounces feta, cubed
32 kalamata olives
salt and black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
fresh oregano
Directions:
1. Remove cores from tomatoes and cut in 8 wedges. Dice cucumbers into 3/4 inch cubes.
2. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and olives. Add salt and pepper to taste and olive oil.
3. Arrange salad on serving plates and sprinkle with oregano.
