Greek Rub for Grilled Meat

Especially good with lamb. From the Barbecue Bible.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup coarse salt
1/3 cup cracked black peppercorns
1/3 cup coarsely crumbled greek oregano
2 tablespoons dried dill
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and stir to mix.
2. The spices should be coated with oil but they should not stick together.
3. This will keep for up to 6 months if stored in an airtight jar away from light or heat.
