Tasty and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 lb pork ribs, cut and washed
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/4-1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions:
1. Boil ribs for 20 minutes.
2. Remove ribs from water and place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
3. Sprinkle the ribs with the lemon juice and then the seasonings, making sure to coat both sides.
4. (You may need to adjust the amounts of seasonings- I do this by eye so the measurements given are approximate).
5. Place in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
