This is a fun side to make, as you can do them with various seasonings to fit the tastes of members of your family.
Ingredients:
3 potatoes well scrubbed
olive oil
greek herbs, various spices or seasoned salts
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into thick (3/4 - 1 cm) slices and arrange on a cookie sheet lightly greased with olive oil. Brush the top of each potato slice with olive oil and sprinkle Greek herbs, other herbs, or seasoned salts. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350° F until potatoes are browning on top.
2. We sprinkle different spices on various slices and everyone in the family seems to have a favorite one.
3. Some of the spices we use for coating include Indian curry powder, herbs d’provenance, Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper, Italian herbs, Italian dressing seasoning, and garlic salt.
4. One of the great things about this recipe there is only 5 minutes prep before it’s in the oven. It’s an easy and tasty side for your main dish.
