Easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
12 ounces rotini pasta
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
8 ounces feta cheese
1/4 cup black olives
Directions:
1.
Blend first 8 ingredients.
2.
Cook the Rotini (about 1/2 a package) and slice the peppers.
3.
Mix the last 6 ingredients together in a large bowl.
4.
Pour the dressing over top.
