Ingredients:
3/4 cup uncooked orzo
1/3 cup sliced feta cheese
3 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain well. Stir in cheese and remaining ingredients.
