Greek Orzo Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 european seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup kalamata olive, halved and pitted
1/2 cup olive oil vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup chopped scallion
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook orzo until tender but still firm, about 8 minutes. Drain well and rinse with cold water. Drain.
2. In a medium bowl, combine orzo with the remaining ingredients. Toss gently to combine.
