Greek Macaroni and Cheese, Makaronia Pastit

A 4 cheese macaroni and cheese recipe; Zaar 6.
Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 cups spinach
2 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 teaspoon nutmeg, fresh grated
3 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 green onions, minced
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup gruyere, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup romano cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Cook pasta just underdone; drain.
2. Mix in spinach.
3. In a blender add milk, feta cheese, and nutmeg; blend.
4. In skillet add butter, garlic, and green onion; saute.
5. Add flour; brown; add blender mixture; add cheeses; melt.
6. Pour over noodles; toss.
7. Put in a greased casserole.
8. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour.
9. Uncover last 15 minutes; bake until done.
