Ingredients:
4 tomatoes, cored and quartered
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 -3 anchovies (optional)
12 black olives
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
2 -4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
3/4 cup italian dressing
Directions:
1. Combine everything except dressing in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss.
