This classic Greek salad combines cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, cut into bite-sized chunks
4 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/3 cup greek dressing
1 cup athenos traditional crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Add dressing; toss to coat.
3. Top with cheese just before serving.
