Ingredients:
10 tablespoons of flour
10 tablespoons mizithra cheese (closest substitute is
probably ricotta, or cottage cheese)
a little oil, salt and as much water ( may be some ouzo too ) as needed.

Directions:
1. Prepare a soft dough with the flour, the water,
2. the oil and some salt.
3. Roll it out and prepare 10 pieces the size of a small
4. saucer.
5. Shape 10 small balls with the cheese and put one ball
6. on each piece of dough,pulling at the sides of dough so as to cover the cheese. .
7. Press this down again with the rolling pin so that each ball
8. is the size of a small saucer.
9. Fry in a pan ( non stick ) with little or without oil, turning them round constantly so they won't burn.
10. Pour (thyme) honey over each one before serving.
