Absolutely wonderful, garlic bread.
Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread
1 cup butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup green onion (optional)
1/4 cup black olives (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut long loaf of bread in half.
2. Butter both halves.
3. Combine mayo, garlic and mozzarella.
4. Spread onto two halve.
5. Sprinkle with green onions and olives if desired.
6. Bake at 350 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
7. Slice and Serve.
8. You can cut before the mixture is on, to minimize the mess.
