This is a colorfull yummy and tasty rice, you can serve it with different types of chicken .
Ingredients:
750 g rice
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 cups green peas, cooked
2 cups corn, cooked
1 cup mushroom, cooked
100 g chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
4 cups chicken broth
150 g cooking oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon saffron, grounded
50 g butter
salt and pepper, pinch
Directions:
1. Sauté the onion with oil and sauté the uncooked rice with it then add chicken broth, saffron and salt cook over low heat until the excess water evaporates and rice is done then add all ingredients above ( peas, bell pepper, mushroom, corn) at the end pour melted butter over the rice and serve.
