1 yellow squash |
1/2 red pepper |
1/2 yellow pepper |
1 green zucchini |
1 teaspoon dill |
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds |
1/2 medium white onion, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil |
feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Put Oil into Pan to warm. 2. Place all Vegetables into pan to cook, allowing the onion to become translucent. 3. After that add dill, basil, and sunflower seeds for 2 minutes, stir, and serve hot and steaming. 4. Top with Feta Cheese. |
