A great side dish for barbeques or meat. Wonderful by itself or with other salads or side dishes . Makes a great hors-de-ouvre. Great for Weightwatchers or for people who are trying to cut out mayonaisse
Ingredients:
1/4 coarsely chopped lettuce
2 thinly sliced cucumbers
1/2 package chopped dill
3 cloves chopped garlic. (yes, you read it right)
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup orange juice
1 tbs sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together!! THAT'S IT
2. Options: If a few raisins or chopped nuts happen to fall in by mistake, Leave em; there
3. Serving suggestion: Spread out some whole lettuce leaves to cover sides of serving plate or dish and put salad on top
